By booking our services, using our website, or interacting with our reservation team, you explicitly consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Cancelation Policy

 Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service, Fleet Limousine reserves the right to retain the full booking deposit or assess a cancellation fee up to 100% of the total reservation value.

No-Show & Waiting Time Policies
A complimentary 15-to-30-minute grace period is provided.
Airport Pickups: A complimentary 60-minute grace period is provided from the time the flight lands.
No-Show Fees: If the passenger does not appear or contact the chauffeur within these timeframes, the ride is categorized as a no-show, and the full trip cost will be applied.
